Return Policy
Damaged Items
Any damaged items that may have been affected by shipping and handling are subject to a refund as long as they are claimed within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please email info@chelax.ca with details regarding the damaged item. After that, a member from our team will reach out to you via email or phone call to assist with the return process. A case will be opened for all claims. After the investigation process, you will be notified once a decision is made based on the investigator’s discretion.

Restocking Policy
Any undamaged product returned within 48 hours of receipt is eligible for a refund, money back guaranteed. Returns of product are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase and 48 hours of receiving the item.
Shipping
Upon returning an item, the item must be shipped back in the same packaging as received. Shipping fees are to be covered by customer returning the product.
