SHIPPING POLICY

STORE PICKUP – 6934 Kinsmen Court Unit C Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6S5

• Orders can be picked up Monday – Friday, from 8am – 4:30pm, and are generally ready within an hour during store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

VARIABLE RATE SHIPPING 

• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday – Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2 – 7 days. Shipping fees are automatically calculated using the package dimensions and weight of the content being shipped as well as location IN CANADA. Shipping fees are applied to orders below $75 and only on products shipping in Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
• Free REGULAR shipping on orders over $75. The customer will have the option of purchasing better shipping classes, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. FREE REGULAR SHIPPING only applies to Canadian orders over $75. Please refer to Canada Post for delivery standards.
